Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking a full time, on-site, Receptionist to assist in covering temporarily from December 11-12, 2025 and December 15-26, except 12/25 for a healthcare organization in Aiea.
Position Details:
-
o Answers phones, screens calls, and greets visitors.
§ Provides general information to callers and visitors, as directed.
§ Directs calls and visitors to appropriate persons or areas.
§ Ensures that all visitors follow company security procedures.
o Receives, sorts and routes in-coming mail and facsimiles, as directed.
o May prepare outgoing mail with appropriate postage and date.
o Copies and distributes documents, as directed.
o Assists internal and external customers with questions, concerns, problems, etc.
o Assists with data entry and word-processing, as directed.
o Provides general clerical support, as directed.
Skills:
• Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in verbal and written form.
• Ability to work effectively, both independently and with a team.
• Working knowledge of general office equipment, such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, etc.
Required Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• One year of general office experience in a a clerical capacity, preferred

12/11/25-12/12/25 for Training 8am-4:30pm
12/15/25-12/26/25, Mon-Fri. 8am-4:30pm (Exception: 12/25/25 Holiday)
• Pay: $17.75/hr
• Location: Halawa, Aiea
