Job Description
Duties:
· Supply ordering
· Answering phones
· Fax, triaging as appropriate
· Expense management
· Travel booking
· Calendaring
Skills:
- 1-2+ years of administrative experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Position Type: 3-6 months. Temp to hire possible.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Location: Downtown, Ward
- Parking: may subsidize for certain garages
- Pay: $22/hr. may be negotiable depending on experience
