Location: Pukalani, HI
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $20.00–$23.50 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus sales incentives
Schedule Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Rotational Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM Hours may vary based on business needs Position Overview
Bishop & Company is seeking a collaborative, customer-focused, and team-oriented Teller to join its Pukalani Branch. As the face of the bank, the Teller will provide exceptional customer service, accurately process financial transactions, and educate customers on banking products and services. This role serves a diverse customer base, from first-time account holders to seasoned investors.
Essential Responsibilities Qualifications
- Provide outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to effectively assist customers
- Educate customers on available banking products and services
- Handle confidential customer information with discretion
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Support branch sales and service goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service and cash handling experience
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Sales and advisory skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary) - Location: Pukalani Branch-Hawaii
