Teller – Lahaina, Maui (Full-Time)

Pay & Benefits
- $20.00–$23.50 per hour, based on experience
- An additional $3.00 per hour premium
- Sales incentive opportunities
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Rotational Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Hours may vary based on branch needs
As a Teller, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service while accurately processing a variety of banking transactions. This role offers the opportunity to assist a diverse customer base and build lasting relationships through personalized service and financial guidance.
Essential Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and services to assist customers effectively
- Identify customer needs and make appropriate product and service recommendations
- Handle sensitive and confidential customer information with discretion
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and security standards
- Support branch sales and service goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable discussing and recommending products and services to customers
- Team-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
