Bishop & Company is recruiting for a Network Operations Center Technician for our client in the Satellite Communications industry.

Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician
Kapolei, HI
Full-time | On-site | Shift work in a 24/7 environment
Direct Hire
$45,000–$55,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain satellite and network systems from antenna to customer racks.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues using diagnostic tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency procedures.
  • Work with a variety of satellite equipment (antennas, transmitters, converters, etc.).
  • Document activities and update internal systems.
 Qualifications
  • Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in NOC or operations, previous satellite communications experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Visio).
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
 Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb antennas.
  • Flexible to work any shift, including nights and weekends.
