Review incoming support requests and make sure they’re sent to the right IT team or resolved quickly.

Answer help desk calls and gather key information from staff, such as their contact details and computer information.

Help users back up important files to OneDrive, especially files saved on their desktop.

Keep computers up to date by installing system updates and new or updated software.

At least 2 years of experience providing technical or help desk support.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to fix technical issues efficiently.

Clear and professional communication skills, both spoken and written.

A friendly and helpful attitude when working with people at all levels of technical ability.

Good documentation habits—you’ll need to keep track of support requests and how they were resolved.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.
- Day Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30am-4:30pm
- Night Shift: Saturday and Sunday: 4:30pm - 1:30am
- Job Type: Temporary

- Pay: $22.15/hr
