HRIS Analyst - 3 Month Contract

Essential Functions
Partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and optimize functionality to support the changing needs of the organization.
Performs data analysis, auditing, and testing to ensure accuracy and data integrity within modules, which include but are not limited to HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefits, Recruiting & Onboarding
Generates ad-hoc reports and analyses to support department initiatives Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Information Systems or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources; emphasis on HRIS administration & reporting preferred
- Exposure to large-scale HRIS platforms (UKG, ADP, Ceridian, etc.) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, working with large sets of data from multiple sources
Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $28.85-33.65/Hr. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
