Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking a temporary Training Records Coordinator for a leading organization in Honolulu, HI.
Duties:
Data Entry:
- Records entry in company's records system.
- Quality check and auditing of training records for accuracy and compliance
Record Keeping:
- Transition paper records to an electronic format utilizing tools and software systems like Office 365
- Organize and file paper records to include archiving records
- Task to conduct a 100% audit comparing paper rosters vs. electronic entries for 12 months.
- Quality check the enrollments of approximately 45 students per month for eLearning in organizations Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements:
- Above-average experience in Excel a must
- Familiarity and experience in Office 365 Product Suite (Ex, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Data entry experience is strongly preferred
- Highly organized, with the ability to organize electronic data
- Ability to work independently and in small groups
Additional Information:
• Job Type: Temporary Opportunity through September 2025 with possible extension
• Pay: $24/hr
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Location: Honolulu, HI – airport area
• Parking: Provided on-site
