Job Description

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with universities, employment agencies, and advertising partners.
  • Create innovative strategies to attract candidates.
  • Coordinate job fairs and career events.
  • Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Assist with orientation and new hire follow-ups.
  • Conduct exit interviews and more.
  • Provide HR coordination/administrative support to HR team & employees organizations wide
  • Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).
  • 2+ years of Recruiting & Onboarding experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • SHRM certification a plus.
