Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Admin supports the Workforce Planning team by managing job openings and candidate tracking, following up with hiring managers, updating applicants on their status, and preparing offer letters. This role also assists with various administrative tasks within Talent Acquisition as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Human Resources and/or recruitment.
- Familiarity with HRIS (PeopleSoft) and ATS.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
Location: Aiea, HI 96701
Status: Temporary Full-Time, On-Site (Immediate Start)
Assignment Length: 6 Months
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.46 per hour (DOE)
