Bishop & Co. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst, for our downtown Honolulu client.
You’ll be key in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate has strong compensation expertise along with experience in benefits, total rewards, and executive compensation. You can create and update salary and pay grades and provide counsel to the team on compensation related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Administer our performance management system and manage annual personnel budget forecasts, including salary adjustments and merit programs.
- Compensation Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop a competitive compensation strategy and conduct market analyses.
- Executive Compensation: Support HR senior leadership in managing executive compensation reports and benefits.
- Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data to provide insights for salary adjustments and compensation initiatives.
- Job Evaluation: Evaluate job roles and maintain salary structures to ensure compliance and equity.
- Special Projects: Lead initiatives related to incentive programs, pay equity analyses, and new compensation tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of compensation analysis experience.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- SHRM or CCP preferred, not required.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and relevant laws.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: $85,000-$110,000 annual salary commensurate with experience.
