Job Description

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for driving customer acquisition and optimizing card programs? Bishop & Company is recruiting a Specialist Card & Travel Product for a one-of-a-kind opportunity to lead growth strategies and cross-functional initiatives for a leading credit card product in the U.S.

***This is a 10-month assignment and candidate must already reside on the island of Oahu to be considered***

 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage credit card acquisition channels, with a focus on employee programs and alternative marketing streams
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, promotions, and campaigns to drive cardholder growth
  • Track performance, analyze results, and generate actionable insights for continuous program optimization
  • Partner with external banks and internal teams to implement training, meet compliance standards, and ensure smooth operational delivery
  • Conduct training sessions and empower employees to confidently promote credit card products to customers
  • Provide administrative support across customer service, accounting, invoicing, IT systems, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to launch new offers and refine marketing tactics
What You Bring
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing or program management experience (preferably in financial services, airlines, or consumer products)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated success in launching multi-channel campaigns and measuring impact
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze campaign performance
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in collaborative environments
  • Confident in data analysis, budget modeling, and self-service reporting
Preferred Skills
  • Background in customer service or experience supporting client-facing teams
  • Strategic thinker who can build and execute growth-focused annual plans
  • Ability to zoom out for long-term vision while staying laser-focused on the details
  • Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $45/Hour. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
