***This is a 10-month assignment and candidate must already reside on the island of Oahu to be considered***
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage credit card acquisition channels, with a focus on employee programs and alternative marketing streams
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, promotions, and campaigns to drive cardholder growth
- Track performance, analyze results, and generate actionable insights for continuous program optimization
- Partner with external banks and internal teams to implement training, meet compliance standards, and ensure smooth operational delivery
- Conduct training sessions and empower employees to confidently promote credit card products to customers
- Provide administrative support across customer service, accounting, invoicing, IT systems, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to launch new offers and refine marketing tactics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on marketing or program management experience (preferably in financial services, airlines, or consumer products)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated success in launching multi-channel campaigns and measuring impact
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze campaign performance
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in collaborative environments
- Confident in data analysis, budget modeling, and self-service reporting
- Background in customer service or experience supporting client-facing teams
- Strategic thinker who can build and execute growth-focused annual plans
- Ability to zoom out for long-term vision while staying laser-focused on the details
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $45/Hour. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
