Bishop & Company is recruiting for a Social Media Marketing Manager to create and execute content strategies for our client, a museum in Honolulu. This unique temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for a strategic thinker passionate about digital storytelling and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Engagement

Develop and implement social media strategies to grow audience and brand visibility

Align digital content with exhibitions, programs, and organizational goals

Create and schedule timely, platform-specific content

Launch targeted campaigns to amplify events and initiatives
Content Creation & Storytelling

Produce short-form videos, graphics, and written content for multiple platforms

Capture and edit photos and videos of exhibitions and events

Maintain a digital asset library

Optimize content for SEO and accessibility
Campaign Management & Analytics

Manage email campaigns using Mailchimp and integrate CRM tools like HubSpot

Design graphics and write content to boost campaign performance

Monitor trends and tools to inform strategy

Cultivate partnerships to expand digital reach
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field

Experience in digital marketing or social media management

Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools
-
Familiarity with CMS, email marketing platforms, and CRMs
Position Type: Temp-to-hire
Location: Fully onsite in Honolulu, HI
Compensation: $31.25/hr - $40.87/hr
