Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to foster long-term relationships and maximize revenue.
- Present new products and programs to customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor account health and performance, reporting on sales, inventory, and margins to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and proactively address supply chain challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a Key Accounts Manager or Sales Manager.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and a passion for excellent customer service.
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work occasional extended hours and Saturdays
Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $70-$80,000 (base + commission). This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
