Bishop & Co. is seeking qualified Sales Gallery Coordinator candidates for its client based in Honolulu

SALES GALLERY COORDINATOR – #17390

Sales Gallery Coordinators greet guests and set a positive environment for the Sales Executive.  They update the system with tour information, assign guests to Sales Executives, answer and direct incoming calls and maintain the Sales Galleries.

Duties of the Sales Gallery Coordinator:
  • Follow a prepared script for greeting and seating guests
  • Provide Sales Executive with tour guest’ s information
  • Assign presentation tables for Sales Executive according to tour guest count and age of children
  • Ensure procedures and guidelines are followed within the children’ s room
  • Timely and accurate input of information into system and reporting of exception tour info processing
  • Accurately maintain Sales Executive rotation software and maintain integrity of the tour rules
  • Direct incoming telephone calls to the proper recipient
  • Prepare gifting receipts and vouchers
  • Assist in opening and closing Sales Gallery and model rooms
  • Prepare and maintain the presentation of the kitchen, self-service and guest seating areas
  • Responsible and liable for gift banks - maintain accuracy and balance
  • Mandatory participation in skills assessments for training and development

Minimum Qualifications of the Sales Gallery Coordinator:
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong organizational skills in a fast paced work environment
  • Intermediate computer skills with at least 35 wpm
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • High school Diploma/ GED

Preferred Qualifications of the Sales Gallery Coordinator:
  • 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Associate’ s Degree/College Diploma/CEPEG
