Job Description
The SVP IT Operatoins & Infrastructure is pivotal in establishing and maintaining corporate technology service management standards while overseeing critical production management and technical operations functions.
The ideal candidate has exceptional leadership, strategic planning abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and investment planning for technology infrastructure.
- Develop strategic plans, business cases, time and cost estimates, and implement new or upgraded systems.
- Oversee risk management and controls governance functions, including SOX control management for IT Operations and Infrastructure.
- Oversee ops functions: end user support, server/storage management, network support, etc.
- Develop staff and manage teams to achieve technology plans and objectives.
- Collaborate with CIO leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in CS, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years in tech progressive leadership.
- Strong project and team leadership skills.
- Experience in technology infrastructure planning, execution, and policy development.
- Broad background in banking technology, including IT service management, batch processing, client-server, and networks.
Annual salary range: $180,000 - $230,000 per year; commensurate with experience.
Schedule: M-F standard office hours with hybrid flexibility.
