Temporary Resource Planning Administrative Duties
***Please note this position is 100% in office, and only candidates on Oahu will be considered ***
Type: Temporary, Full-Time (Mon-Fri, various hours -expected to be one year in duration with the possibility of becoming permanent)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Resource Planning team in Honolulu. This temporary role is essential in coordinating administrative functions and contributing to resource planning activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Performs administrative duties, including but not limited to the following:
- Scheduling simple service jobs
- Processing field completed jobs
- Updating Repair Order (RO) database
- SAP work orders, scanning paperwork and uploading to SAP
- Creating SAP purchase requisitions and service entry sheets, and updating pole replacement logs.
Also performs some Resource Planning duties, including:
- Provide a Minimum job package – The packages will include:
- Google Earth Map, Single Line Map, Framing from Standards, Material List, Transformer Size, and Conductor Size.
- Creates SAP notification and work order for pole replacement job
- Sends request for stakeout form to Survey
- Submit Drawing and Preliminary JP Application Form (include drawing for easement if applicable)
- Request for land easement (if necessary – if can be placed in ROW not needed)
- Inputs CUs and materials to SAP work order, sets need by date.
Must be proficient with the following software applications:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- SAP experience preferred
Must have experience processing invoices, developing financial models, updating financial forecasts, identifying financial variances and their underlying causes, and communicating their findings.
Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $22-$28/Hr. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
