Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking candidates with strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills for a remote role requiring the ability to work Hawaii Standard hours.
About the Role
As a Requirements Manager, you will lead the gathering of business, functional, technical, and user requirements, creating clear and concise documentation that can be easily understood by technical teams and business stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in analyzing and validating requirements to ensure they align with business goals and objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Must have experience establishing and maintaining traceability matrices to track the status of requirements throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Experience with requirements management tools and agile methodologies
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proven experience in managing requirements for large-scale projects
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Agile/Scrum is highly desirable
- At least 5 years of experience in requirements management, business analysis, and/or project management
