Remote Administrative Assistant
Bishop & Company is seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant for a local medical organization in Honolulu. Position will be fully remote after completed on site training. Responsibilities:
- Provide phone support with the Health Care Services intake line.
- Upload documents into the case management system.
- Enter travel requests in Salesforce.
- Verify medical appointments with the provider offices
- Print and mail/fax documents for the Health Coordinators.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information.
- Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative and handle tasks without constant supervision.
- WFH – will need Computer WIFI and phone line once trained.
Additional Information:
- Job Type: Full Time Temporary Opportunity through July 2025 with a possibility of extension.
- Pay: $16/hr.
- Location: Remote , Honolulu (Please note training will be required IN-OFFICE prior to remote)
- Parking: first come first serve in building for training otherwise street parking
- Hours: 7:30AM – 4:30PM (Monday-Friday)
