Position Overview: Bishop & Company is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant with a strong background in recruiting or talent acquisition. The primary responsibility will be to review, draft, and revise job descriptions to ensure they align with the company’s needs. Initially, the role will focus heavily on job description review and revision, with the potential to transition into interviewing candidates as the role progresses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing job descriptions for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards.
- Draft and revise job descriptions to reflect current roles, responsibilities, and requirements.
- Conduct interviews with candidates once the initial phase of job description review and revision is complete.
- Review and analyze paperwork related to job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure job descriptions meet the needs of the business and align with strategic goals.
- Work closely with the team to ensure all job descriptions meet client needs and project requirements.
- Comfortable with reading and reviewing job descriptions with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is ideal.
- Proven experience in writing job descriptions is a must.
- Proficient in reviewing PDF documents.
- Must have access to their own computer for remote work.
- This is a hybrid role, with some work conducted remotely and some in-office work required.
- Job Type: 6-month Temporary with the possibility of extension
- Pay: $30-$40hr DOE
- Location: Remote work with some in-office meetings by the Honolulu airport area
