Position Details
- Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Employment Type: Temporary
- Duration: Approximately 2-3 months
- Start Date: Immediate opening
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Greet and welcome customers visiting the pre-owned vehicle sales department.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Perform light clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintain customer tracking records and related documentation.
- Assist with general office support as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum six (6) months of receptionist, customer service, office support, or related experience.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and office skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
