Job Description
The Project Estimator helps design teams bring project visions to successful completion through cost guidance, estimating pre-construction costs, performing takeoffs, getting price quotes, conducting market research, and attending client meetings.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, inquisitive, driven, bright, and open/willing to learn.
Requirements:
- Technical background in engineering, architecture, and/or construction
- Experience working with blueprints and cost estimating
- Math and construction calculation skills
- Strong, proactive communication and question asking
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
Hybrid Flexibility: 10a-3p in-office, with ability to work remotely and set your own hours outside of those core hours.
Pay: $65,000 - $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
