Bishop & Company is seeking a Product and Retail Coordinator to support our client's retail operations and product sales programs, including the annual cookie program. This role is key to ensuring a positive experience for volunteers, girls, and families while keeping retail and product activities running smoothly.
Duties:
- Support and manage product and retail sales, including inventory and order fulfillment.
- Recruit, train, and assist volunteers with product sales procedures and platforms.
- Coordinate major cookie events and Council retail activities.
- Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for product program tools.
- Provide excellent customer service to volunteers, girls, and families.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or retail.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Type: Temp-to-hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible between 7am-6pm
- Parking: provided
- Pay: $25/hr
