Job Description
Responsibilities:
Position will provide quality service to customers with regard to their individual human resource-related needs, timely response to inquiries, and a high level of confidentiality. Process and input various transactions, perform clerical tasks and main accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in human resources, customer service or call center experience.
- Understanding of ERISA, FLSA, or other HR related regulations is preferred.
- Proficient with computers, (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Written and oral communication skills to interact with customers using multiple channels.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, work in office, and lift/push up to 25 lbs.

- Job Type: 3 month Temporary Opportunity with possible extension
- Pay: $18/hr
- Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
- Parking: Not provided
- Schedule: Full time (40 hours/week), Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
