Bishop & Company is seeking qualified candidates for a Payroll Assistant opportunity with an established medical organization in Honolulu.

Responsibilities of a Payroll Assistant:
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting and entering data.  
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records.
  • Entering payments information and balancing accounts.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

  Requirements of a Payroll Assistant:
  • Previous payroll experience.
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills.
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention-to-detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications of a Payroll Assistant:
  • Associates degree in business or related field; or work experience in bookkeeping/accounting. 

Additional Information for the Payroll Assistant opening:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7: 30 am – 4: 00 pm
  • Position Type:  Temporary
  • Location: Honolulu, HI 
  • No parking provided.
