#22027 Operations Manager

Bishop & Company has an Immediate opening for an Operations Manager with a Scaffold Company in Honolulu.
We’re seeking a motivated, dependable leader who can make confident decisions, support the growth and productivity of our warehouse team, and demonstrate strong responsibility and reliability.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff management
  • Maintain warehouse in rent-ready condition
  • Train staff on equipment/machinery use and storage
  • Monitor productivity and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance
  • Handle quality control, inventory, and customer issue resolution
  • Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed
  • Improve efficiency and accuracy through process development
  • Track incoming/outgoing orders and shipments
Experience
  • 5+ years in construction trades/management required
  • 2+ years supervising construction/supply crews required 
  • Knowledge of scaffolding, concrete forming, and mechanical/electrical systems (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills (MS Office)
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making ability
  • Comfortable with hand & power tools
Requirements
  • Valid Hawaii Driver’s License & ability to pass background check
  • Physically able: walk throughout day, lift 50 lbs daily
  • Read/write proficiently
  • Must pass drug/physical test

  • Salary: $65K-$85K yearly salary DOE 
  • Location: Honolulu,96819
  • Hours:  7am-3:30p Mon-Fri.
