Job responsibilities
- Process car sales related documents including licensing and titling of new and used cars
- Process various service contracts
- Labeling files and logging license plate numbers
- Assist the Office Manager with various clerical duties
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of office/related work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to type 45 wpm
- Attention to detail
Additional Information:
- Job Type: 2-3 month temporary opportunity
- Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm with 1hr lunch break
- Pay rate: $20-$23/hr
- Location: Honolulu, 96819 (Mapunapuna area)
- Parking: Provided
