Position Details
- Location: Honolulu, HI
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Employment Type: Temporary
- Duration: Approximately 2-3 months
- Start Date: Immediate need
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
- Collect and process customer payments for parts and service transactions.
- Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain filing systems, records logs, and office documentation.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Assist with clerical and administrative support tasks as assigned.
- Support the Business Office Manager with day-to-day administrative functions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum six (6) months of office, cashiering, customer service, receptionist, or related experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
