Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle email correspondence with operating facilities
- Assist in updating documentation and paperwork for operating companies
- Maintain current online safety training, SOP training, Forklift, and First Aid Certifications for all operating companies
- Order supplies and track shipping
- Maintain the annual vendor verification program - Assist with production folders for all products
- Create and update spreadsheets
- Ensure all company permits remain active
- Gathering documentation and data, updating and generation required reporting for government entities
- Create training videos/presentations on various SOPs to train production and warehouse staff
- Organize filing
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- Proficiency in computer use, including Excel spreadsheets and Word documents, as well as other required software - Familiarity with general office equipment such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, etc.
- Job Type: Temporary, with the potential for temp-to-hire -
- Pay: $19 per hour
- Location: Hilo
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch), with occasional Saturday work
