Job Title: Multi-Office Operations Manager
 
 
Bishop & Company is seeking a Multi-Office Operations Manager for an excellent client in the healthcare industry.  This position will drive growth, productivity and profitability while ensuring efficiency, safety, and service mindset across several oral surgery practices in a growing oral surgery practice group in Hawaii.

Essential job responsibilities are as follows:
  • Oversee and streamline all office operations and procedures, including employee and patient scheduling, inventory and supply management, staff leadership, troubleshooting, process optimization, communications, referral coordination, insurance verification, and billing functions.
  • Manage patient appointment scheduling to ensure an exceptional patient experience while maintaining operational efficiency and provider productivity.
  • Develop and maintain effective employee schedules that support business needs and maximize workflow.
  • Champion a high?quality patient experience by ensuring smooth, consistent, and service?oriented office operations.
  • Interpret, implement, and uphold office policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor staff to ensure adherence to policies, customer service expectations, best practices, and compliance initiatives.
  • Address employee questions related to employment matters and collaborate with HR when necessary.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7 plus years of experience managing dental or oral surgery practice operations.
  • Understanding of practice operations "best practices" to drive revenue and increase operational efficiency.
  • Understanding and interpretation of data / operational metrics that drive growth.
  • Proven background providing exceptional operations management, scheduling, patient support, and customer service.
  • Driven, organized, and detail oriented in approach to managing responsibilities.
  • Hands on experience with fax machines, printers, phones, and MS Office programs to include Excel, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Outlook, and Outlook calendars.
  • Excellent organization and time management with attention to detail and problem- solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mind with an ability to monitor & suggest improvements.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Dental Insurance plans and procedures preferred.
  • MSO or DSO company setting experience preferred.
  • Experience in an Oral Surgery setting preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience.
Schedule:
  • Full time Monday through Friday.  Some Saturdays may be required.
  • In-office position (5 offices).
  • Regular travel between office locations is required, by car and air.

Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $1205K-$150K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
