Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assemble banker box and cover.
- Count total number of files and file range before placing into banker box.
- Place files into banker box and cover.
- Record total number of files (e.g. 25), file range (e.g. 98125 – 98155), and box number (e.g. 001, 002, 003, etc.) on record sheet.
- Place the box barcode sticker on the printed side of the banker box, just under the handle of the box.
- Assemble shipping box (brown box)
- Place banker box into shipping box and tape it shut.
- Place shipping label on shipping box.
- Place the box number sticker just under the cover on the top left corner of the shipping box.
- Stack shipping boxes 5 boxes high, left to right, and starting with the lowest number on the bottom.
Requirements:
- Able to lift 35 - 40 lb. boxes
- Able to follow detailed instructions
Additional Information:
- Position Type: Temporary opportunity through end of December
- Pay: $16-18/hr
- Location: Downtown Honolulu, HI
- Parking: provided
- Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch
