Bishop & Company is looking for a Healthcare Operations Administrator/Assistant Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of a busy surgical center, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving quality initiatives that make a real difference in patients’ lives. 

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (or equivalent education, training, and experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a healthcare setting, with exposure to risk management and clinical quality processes
  • Proven experience managing revenue cycle operations
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and quality assurance
  • Valid CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work full-time day shift, 8-hour schedule
  • Must be willing to participate in in-person interviews
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum; Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of healthcare management experience, especially in surgical or outpatient settings
  • Experience overseeing revenue cycle management and quality improvement initiatives
  • Master's Degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Prior experience managing an outpatient or ambulatory surgery center
  • Familiarity with credentialing, licensing, and regulatory agency requirements
  • Knowledge of electronic health records systems and healthcare IT

  • Pay: $82K-$114K
  • Work type/schedule: Full Time, Regular, Day - 8 hours
