Compensation
Compensation and title are determined individually for each candidate based on the skills and experience they bring to the role. The expected starting salary range for this position is typically an estimated $70,000 – $95,000 annually. This salary is not a guarantee of a specific salary or title; final compensation and title depend on multiple factors, including education, experience, certifications, and other job related requirements, and may fall outside the range listed above.

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead fundraising and marketing efforts to expand community engagement, elevate brand awareness, and strengthen long-term sustainability.
Fundraising & Development
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies across individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, and events
- Build and steward donor relationships, including cultivating major gifts
- Partner with leadership and board members to set and achieve fundraising goals
- Support grant strategy and align funding opportunities with programs
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Lead marketing initiatives that increase visibility and community impact
- Oversee social media, email campaigns, and website content
- Develop thoughtful, culturally responsive messaging for diverse audiences
- Support event promotion and media outreach efforts
Operations & Collaboration
- Manage donor CRM and track engagement activity
- Collaborate with leadership and board committees on strategy and execution
- Ensure all communications maintain confidentiality and professionalism
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or related work
- Strong writing and storytelling skills that engage and inspire
- Experience with CRM systems, social media, and digital marketing tools
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for mission-driven work and community impact
- Non-profit experience essential, highly preferred
- Experience in domestic violence advocacy, crisis intervention, or victim services highly preferred
