Job Summary:


Responsible for supporting Marketing product strategies and execution in alignment with the Bank’s corporate objective, researching, collecting, analyzing and reporting on data, and developing product models.  Works closely with Marketing & Business Development Managers in the development, design, enhancement and implementation of products, related processes and product campaigns/promotions, as well as assist the branches in these efforts.



The incumbent shall process work assignments with thoroughness and accuracy and follow applicable policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations relevant to the job’s activities, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML).

  • Collects data, extracts information, and conducts analyses relating to product activities.
    • Performs ad hoc financial, forecast, and competitive and other market research analyses to support various product efforts.
    • Analyzes market segments and existing product portfolios.
    • Prepares “what if” analyses on promotional pricing changes.
    • Provides recommendations on potential new target markets, enhancement of existing products and other potential product initiatives.
    • Prepares reports to management and presentations on any of the above both on-going and on ad-hoc basis. 

  • Provides support for product initiatives and promotions.
    • Participates in development, enhancement, design and implementation of new and existing products.
    • Assists in the implementation of product pricing changes and promotions from both the customer perspective (brochures, disclosures) and the branch perspective (branch communication memos, procedure development).
    • Collaborates with project development teams, task forces and vendors relating to retail loan products.
    • Assists in mergers and acquisition of accounts and provides recommendations on product mapping.



  • Completes special projects as requested.
  • Comply with all applicable banking laws and regulations relevant to the job’s activities, including BSA/AML and suspicious activity monitoring and reporting.
  • Complete and successfully pass all job specific compliance training curricula within the required timeframes and apply the acquired knowledge when performing the activities of the job function. 
  • Report improper and suspicious activities to any member of management.  
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, mathematics, statistics, sciences or related field. 
  • Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience analyzing data and producing standard/ad-hoc reports for management use.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience handling datasets in different formats such as text/csv, excel, access, SQL Server or related.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience identifying, building, and/or maintaining key performance metrics of a portfolio/business.

  • Proficient in the use of the PC and basic MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook). 
  • Working knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, formulas, formatting, charts and importing/exporting data.
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven, with the ability to prioritize, focus, and thrive in a high paced multi-tasking environment, while maintaining accuracy in all functions and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data management tools such as MS SQL Server Management Studio, MS Access, IBM Cognos, Hyperion Reporting Studio, or related preferred.
  • Ability to perform data analysis such as descriptive statistics and regression models preferred
  • Knowledge of statistical tools like STATA, SPSS, SAS, Excel Add Ins (Data Analysis/Solver), or related preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic programming commands such as if/then/else and while preferred.
  • Knowledge of banking products and financial analysis (Cash flows, NPV, IRR, Others) preferred.
