They will be responsible for tracking and ensuring compliance with the established policies and processes while collaborating with Marketing Leadership as well as Business Management.

Marketing Activity Coordinator

Job Description: The Marketing Activity Coordinator will be responsible for the reconciliation of the daily activity paperwork generated by the Marketing department. They will be responsible for tracking and ensuring compliance with the established policies and processes while collaborating with Marketing Leadership as well as Business Management.
Duties:
- Verifying and reconciling no show/chargebacks for activity purchases
- Tracking and administration of activity discrepancy points as set forth in the activities policy
- Partner with Business Management to reconcile and research discrepancies
- Pull reports from multiple systems in order to verify all information is complete and accurate
- Research and analyze discrepancies and communicate with Marketing Leaders about discrepancy reasons
- Provide analysis of discrepancy trends and training opportunities
- Additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Previous experience with data entry / reconciliation
- Must be detail oriented, able to interpret policies; process and ensure accuracy in paperwork
- Ability to navigate various online systems; good data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
- Job Type: Temporary
- Pay: $22/hr
- Location: Honolulu, HI 96815
- Parking: Validated parking provided
- Schedule: Full time 1:00pm - 9:00pm; any 5 days a week
