Loan Documentation and Operations Specialist

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review signed loan documents for completeness and accuracy, work with branch partners to resolve any issues update reports and review data output for accuracy by validating to sign documents and/ loan matrices.
- Will also assist in obtaining with obtaining missing title policies by following up with the applicable title company.
- Reviewing the title policy for accuracy and prepare files for imagining into the banks content management system.
- Other misc. tasks as assigned to assist the documentation and operations teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies
- A sense of urgency
- Awareness of deadlines
- Excellent data entry, including 10-key skills with high accuracy, in a high volume setting
- Excellent communication skills, both face to face and written
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Understand how to use computer, photocopying machine, fax, scanner etc
- Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, MS office 365
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
Additional Information:
- Job Type: 1-3 month Temporary Opportunity with possible extension
- Pay: $19.25/hr
- Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
- Parking: Not provided
- Schedule: Full time (40 hours/week), Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
