- Assist with filing, data entry, and shelving.
- Manage inventory of supplies and ordering/receiving orders.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- 1 year post high school education
- Must be organized, attentive to detail, and able to multi-task.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, and has strong computer skills.
- Job Type: Temporary
- Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 10AM – 4PM (10: 00 AM – 3: 30 PM for the first 2 weeks), must be able to flex schedule depending on department needs
