Invoice Processing Clerk
Duties:
- Receives invoice documents
- checks for completeness of information on invoices
- operates computer to further process invoice documents for payment processing
Skills:
- well organized
- proficient with 10-key
- general clerical experience (AP or billing experience desirable)
- detail oriented
- types 45 wpm accurately (no errors)
- familiar with Office applications (word & excel)
- able to multi-task
- able to accurately handle heavy volume of repetitive/clerical work
Additional Information:
- Position Type: one year with possibility to extend
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30am to 3:00pm or 7:00am to 3:30pm with 30 minutes lunch
- Location: Downtown
- Parking: none
- Pay: $15.70/hr. may be negotiable depending on experience
