Bishop & Company is seeking a Part-time Digital Media Assistant to assist with imagery asset inventory. Ideal candidate will be available to work 20 hours a week and available to start ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the backlog of digital photographs and videos, including intake, file renaming, and database organization.
- Execute computer-based tasks to review and inventory photo and video assets, adhering to instructions provided by the Digital Asset Management system.
- Accurately execute number and letter filing sequences for efficient organization.
- Perform entry-level digital filing duties, including understanding various media file formats (.jpg, .tiff, .mp4, .mp3) and recording file types in file notes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all filing-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage digital assets effectively.
- Familiarity with various media file formats (.jpg, .tiff, .mp4, .mp3) is preferred.
- Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
- Interest in photography or imagery is advantageous but not required.

- Job Type: 3-month temporary opportunity
- Pay: $18-20/hr
- Location: Honolulu, 96816
- Parking: provided, Provide, however please note if taking the bus, it is limited in that area.
