Job Description
Bishop & Company is recruiting for qualified Help Desk Specialists for a long-term contract with a DoD contractor on Kauai, HI. This position requires a Secret Clearance and a Security+
Job Duties:
Performs highly complex Deskside services to include install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, configuration, and software support on Buyer or Customer personal computer, plus Customer assistance with problem source identification and problem resolution at the Customers desktop or laptop. Includes consultation with support groups, such as LAN, Admin, Networking, etc. Additional duties as assigned.
Requires: reliable car and CompTIA Security+
This position is subject to a national security background investigation.
Salary range $30.00 - $33.00/Hr.
**This is W2 long-term contract opportunity. 1099 & Corp-to-Corp options aren't offered. H1B transfers & sponsorship isn't offered.**
