Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum 2 years of HR Management experience
- Must possess demonstrated excellence in “people skills” with effective presentation skills to diverse group sizes.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively design, develop and implement HR programs with proven independent project management capabilities.
- Savvy at using common sense in problem solving & decision making with attention to detail, ability to multi-task and is practiced at being well organized and flexible with changing priorities.
