Administrative Assistant- HR Benefits Temp #22134

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Benefits and Leave Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. An HR background is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Monitor the leave request inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
•    Prepare and distribute daily leave reports.
•    Send out leave forms and track completion.
•    Follow up with managers on employee leave status and return-to-work dates.
•    Update leave records for approved extensions and ensure accurate timecard coding for leaves.
•    Prepare and maintain weekly peak hours reports.
•    Support dependent age-out and life event processing.
•    Monitor the benefits inbox and assist employees with enrollment and benefits-related inquiries.
•    Help set up benefits enrollment functionality for new hires and monitor response status.
•    Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including coordination of wellness initiatives and employee sign-ups.
Qualifications:
•    2+ years of administrative experience; HR or benefits experience preferred.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
•    Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Additional Information:
•    Job Type: 3 month- Temporary Opportunity with possible extension 
•    Pay: $20/hr 
•    Hours: 8am-5pm 
•    Location: Honolulu, 96813
•    Parking: not included
