HR Operations/Payroll Coordinator

Bishop & Company is seeking an HR Operations/Payroll Coordinator for a reputable airline organization in Honolulu, HI.


Assist in communication with various payroll-related duties and provide support to the payroll team and administrator by assisting with administrative tasks associated with payroll processing, record keeping and distribution including but not limited to:
  • Sorting and distributing paychecks and internal mail
  • Monitoring phone lines and managing email inbox
  • Downloading and distributing reports
  • Organizing files for use by team

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 year of administrative experience and a comparably sized company  (or HR Service company) preferably in a payroll or HR capacity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • MS Office experience, (Excel, Word, Outlook) and some familiarity with Adobe Acrobat preferred

Additional Information:
  • Job Type: Temporary opportunity through end of May 2024 with possible extension  
  • Pay: $26.00/hr
  • Location: Honolulu, 92819
