HR Generalist
Bishop & Company is seeking an HR Specialist with experience in leave administration. Looking for immediate start!
Responsibilities:
- Leave Management: Manages and tracks employee leaves of absences, including sending timely notices to leadership and impacted persons, monitoring required “paperwork”, tracking leave periods and deadlines, ensuring compliance with federal and state leave laws, and educating leaders and staff on leave policies and procedures.
- May help with day-to-day benefits management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with leave of absence administration required.
- 1+ years employee benefits management preferred.
Additional Information:
- Job Type: 3- month temporary opportunity with possibility of extension
- Pay: $19.35-$25.80/hr
- Hours: 8am-5pm
- Location: Honolulu, 96813
- Parking: not provided
