Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to partner with their management team and employees. In this role, you’ll act as both an employee champion and a change agent, helping to shape the future of their workforce while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources on employee experience, succession planning, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Lead and manage HR programs, including compliance, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Drive recruitment efforts, working closely with managers to identify and hire top talent.
- Ensure legal compliance across the organization while handling complex employee relations issues with integrity and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; an associate’s degree with equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience across compliance, recruitment, HRIS and ATS, benefits administration, training and development, and related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, with experience in investigations and employee relations; ability to independently investigate, recommend, and resolve issues. Labor relations experience is a plus, but not required.
- Independent thinker with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
