Job Description
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving organizational success? Our client is looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to work alongside their leadership team, helping to shape their workforce and ensure a healthy, compliant work environment. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of guiding employee experiences and fostering a culture of growth, all while supporting business operations and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Human Resources leadership to enhance employee engagement, workforce planning, and execute key HR strategies.
- Provide expert guidance to both management and employees on HR-related topics, such as onboarding, retention, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee the implementation of HR programs that address compliance, performance reviews, training initiatives, compensation, and benefits.
- Lead recruitment efforts by collaborating with team leaders to identify and recruit top talent for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and handle complex employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Support HR processes like contract renewals, benefits enrollment, and new hire documentation.
- Assist senior HR staff in managing daily operations to improve efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (an associate’s degree with equivalent experience will also be considered).
- 5-7 years of hands-on HR experience, including expertise in compliance, recruitment, employee development, and benefits administration and related HR functions.
- Deep understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and investigative processes; labor relations experience is a plus but not required.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage HRIS systems, digital document processing, and workflows.
- HR Generalist experience, especially with benefits administration, employee service, and engagement.
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to design training programs and presentations.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
- A self-starter who can handle responsibilities and take initiative in a dynamic role.
