Responsibilities of a HR Assistant:
- Completes on-boarding for new hires.
- Processes high volume of documentation for multiple departments.
- Provides supports for multiple recruiters at once.
- Assists with posting of new jobs to both internal and external sites.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements of a HR Assistant:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous admin experience.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer proficient and strong attention-to-detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications of a HR Assistant:
- Associates degree in business or related field.
- HR admin experience.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Position Type: Temporary to hire
