Bishop & Company is seeking a HR Assistant for a company located in the Aiea area.
#17181 HR Assistant
- Maintain confidential HR documents in personnel and medical files.
- Receive and distribute HR departmental mail, paychecks and handouts.
- Circulate employee leave communications to management and staff.
- Prepare documents and conduct communications related to employment verification.
- Produce staff ID badges for new hires, transfers, and temporary staff.
- Provide reception support to the HR department, answering calls and greeting / directing visitors.
- Record and distribute HR department meeting minutes.
- Maintain and order department supplies.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Experience in HR not required but highly desired!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communication professionally with internal and external customers
- Location: Aiea, HI
- Parking: Street Parking Available
- Pay: Dependent upon experience
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am – 4: 30pm
