Bishop & Company is seeking candidates for an HR Administrative Assistant opportunity with a major health care organization in Downtown Honolulu, HI.
HR Administrative Assistant #17594
Provide administrative support to the Employee/Labor Relations and Employment Experience Departments. This will include scheduling meetings, handling routine correspondence, taking minutes of meetings, filing, inputting data, research and pulling information, prepping and packaging materials, and involvement in special projects.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years administrative support/secretarial experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8: 30am – 5pm
- Temporary thru 1/31/20 with a possible extension
- Downtown, Honolulu, HI
- Pay: $18.71/hr.
