Job Description
General Clerical
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to walk-ins and over the phone.
- Schedule interviews.
- Conduct employment reference checks.
- Complete other clerical duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills
- Prior phone servicing experience is REQUIRED.
- Must be comfortable managing a multi-line telephone system.
- 6 months of prior office experience REQUIRED.
- Ability to multi-task, be organized and flexible.
Additional Information:
- Job Type: Temporary Opportunity through 12/30/2023 with a possibility of extension.
- Pay: $16/hr.
- Location: Keeaumoku St., Honolulu
- Parking: Not provided
- Hours: 7:30AM – 4:15PM (Monday-Friday)
